As a Metalhead, you must have heard of Wacken Open Air. In case not, W:O:A is considered the biggest heavy-metal festival in the world. Every year, the festival takes place in the little German town called Wacken and attracts more than 80.000 people.
Of course, also members of the Rotarian family are attracted and attend the festival. In 2018, for the first time a Rotarian meeting was held at the festival. Up to 23 Rotarians and Rotaractors joined the meeting and discussed such topics as the foundation of the fellowship and social projects that will be done by RMF.
