Wacken 2019 is over … and it´s been a BLAST!!!
Once again, more than 75.000 metalheads from all over the globe came together in the little German town called Wacken to celebrate their love for metal music. With more than 200 bands and live acts, it was the loudest and heaviest party of the year. Not even rain or the temporary evacuation due to heavy storms could do any harm to the great rocking atmosphere among the metal enthusiasts.
To our great pleasure, our booth at the World Metal Camp was highly frequented and turned out to be quite successful. Many people stopped by to catch up on the work of the RMF, Rotary and Rotaract or to donate some money to support the and Wacken foundations. Giving away sweets and goodies for each donation might have helped a bit. 😛
Many of our members have already bought their tickets for next year’s WOA. We strongly hope that we will have a RMF booth there again.
